Cancel Your Subscription

Cancel any time — no penalties, no long-term commitment.

You can cancel your Let's Watch subscription whenever you like. Cancellation takes effect within one business day of confirmation, and you will not be charged beyond that date. Any access remaining for the current billing day continues until the day ends.

Cancel by Email

The quickest way to cancel is to email our support team with your Mobily number. We will confirm your cancellation and stop all future charges.

Include your Mobily number

Add the Mobily mobile number used for the subscription so we can locate and verify your account.

We process the cancellation within one business day and email you a confirmation. No further charges will be applied.

If you are within 30 days of your first activation, you may also be entitled to a full refund of charges already made. See our Refund Policy for details — you can request cancellation and a refund in the same email.
